All of the original plumbing fixtures have been removed. The basement is heated by an oil fired boiler and baseboard units. Some of the windows have been replaced, others need repair or replacement. No windows are included in the belvedere. These will be large measuring 4 x 8 feet. The porches have been removed, but the original stone footings are still on the property. Original moulding and trim are still present. The original staircase is mostly intact. A new well was drilled in 1996. Several fireplaces/wood burning stoves are located throughout.
